At Roving Salvatory Technologies (operating as Charger on Wheels), we strive to ensure a transparent and customer-friendly subscription model. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds will be handled for all subscription plans.
1. Cancellation Rights

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, regardless of the plan selected.

Cancellations can be requested through our app, website, or by contacting customer support.
2. Refund Eligibility

Upon cancellation, the unused portion of the subscription fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
•
For all subscription plans (including unlimited plans), we will deduct a fixed amount of ₹999 per charging session used before calculating the refund.
3. Refund Calculation
Refund Amount = (Subscription Fee Paid) – (Number of Charging Sessions Used × ₹999)
Example:
If a customer has paid ₹37,500 for an unlimited subscription and has used 10 charging sessions, then:
• Deduction = 10 × ₹999 = ₹9,990
• Refund = ₹37,500 – ₹9,990 = ₹27,510
This calculation method applies to all subscription types.
4. Refund Process
•
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
•
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
•
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
•
If a customer has used sessions worth more than their subscription fee (rare in unlimited plans), no additional charges will be applied, but no refund will be issued.
6. Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on our website/app with the effective date.
